Step 1

Create a new document

 

 

Step 2

With Rectangular Marquee Tool create a shape, fill that layer with Black

 

 

Step 3

Add the following layer styles

 

 

Step 4

Select the Rectangular Marquee Tool create a shape, fill that layer with Black

 

 

 

Step 5

Create a shape with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool then hit the Delete key

 

Creating more shape and hit the delete key

 

select the 1st shape layer then right click to select the “Copy Layer Style” after that select the 2nd shape layer right click to “Paste Layer Styles”

 

 

Step 6

select the 1st shape layer then create a new layer take the Elliptical Marquee Tool create a shape

 

Take the Rectangular Marquee Tool create a shape like this and hit the Delete key

 

also paste layer sytle

 

 

 

Step 7

Create a shape with Rounded Rectangle Tool

 

Add the following layer sytles - Gradient overlay with color like :

 

 

result :

 

 

 

Step 8

Create a shape with Recangle Tool

 

also paste layer sytle same as in Step 7

 

 

Step 9  

Create a shape with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool and fill that layer with White color

 

 

Duplicate a few time

 

 

Step 10

Create a shape with the help of Ellipse Tool

 

After that add the following layer styles

 

 

Create another shape with Ellipse Tool.

Step 11

Create a small circle with Ellipse Tool add following layer style

 

 

all result
