Step 1 

Go to the Joomla Administrator site at: http://www.yoursitenamehere.com/administrator/
Enter your username and password to login

 
Step 2

You must upload file image on your site, press site menu in administrator area

Step 3

In default directory can perform like this

it’s mean you’re on http://www.yoursite-name.com/images/

Press Browse to select image file (jpg,gif,png) or flash file (swf)

Press OK  and Upload

Step 4

Now you can create new content

Step 5

There is icon insert/edit image

On Image Address fill with http://www.yoursite-name.com/images/file_name.jpg
