Step 1

Open Program and made New Document with size, I made 400 px x 300 px 

Step 2 

Set color with  Gradient type and with color like this

Step 3 

Create shape with Custom shape tool 

And choose  

Step 4 

Placed on layer, it should be like this

Step 5 

On the layer panel,select of shape layer and do in right click, select Rasterize Layer

and now we have new layer mode of shape

Step 6 

Press Ctrl + select layer of shape, should like this

Step 7 

 Back to Gradient tools and fill it with create line from upper to the bottom

Step 8 

write "BOOM" with Text Tools , I use font Adventure type

Step 9 

While text was selected click on  Layer > Type > Warp Text

and should be like this 

Step 10 

No,let's make 3D text effect. Create duplicated text layer or Ctrl+J  and fill with different colors 

Step 11 

While new text layer selected, press Alt and hold + down arrow , and layer should be like this

And we just create 3D Text with Photoshop 

Step 12 

For more effect of 3D, do with Layer > Layer style > Inner shadow
