Follow this step... 

Step 1

Open photo your photo/collection

Step 2

Press Q or select tools below to change with Quick mask

Step 3 

Then select Brush tools 

move cursor like this picture

Step 4 

Then turn off Quick Mask mode with press Q again or see picture

photo should be like this

Step 5 

Go to Select > Inverse 

photo should be like this

Step 6 

On the layer panel press Ctrl+J 

Now you have new layers

Step 7 

Go to Image > Adjustment > Color Balance

Setting value of color like this
