Follow this step :

Open your photo collection

Create new layer and fill with Black color ( you can change with other color )

use Fill tools to insert black color

Now, use eraser tool

and configure setting like this:

press and move your pointer. and you get :

From layer panel, change capacity layer

and your project should be like this :
