Step 1

Copy this picture, open in Photoshop, and then

From menu, edit > define pattern, press “Ok”

Step 2

Create new document and insert Text like this: 

 
Step 3

Go to layer option and then right klick on your mouse like this 

Press Blending option…

Step 4

From Blending option, choose 
Pattern overlay

Find the stone from list

Your picture looks like this:

Still on blending option add

Drop shadow

And Outer Glow

Step 5

Right  klick on your mouse,press Rasterize Layer

Now you have picture look like this :

Step 6

With Eraser tool , your text will look like real stone, just erase a little
