Before and After, Follow this step..

Step 1

Open your Photo collection

Step 2

Create duplicate layer of your photo

Step 3

You just have a duplicate photo layer,make it your project

Use Images > Adjustment > Curves..

select RED channel, use that configuration like:

Step 4

select GREEN channel, use that configuration like:

Step 5

select BLUE channel, use that configuration like:

Step 6

Duplicate layer, configure  Opacity and Fill / semi transparent 

Use Lighting effect , Filter > Render > Lighting effects..

Done

Result
