Step 1

Open your photo collection change with grayscale mode

Go to

Images > adjustments > Brightness/Contrast...

Step 3

Go to 

Images > adjustments > Threshold

Step 4

Remove background with Color range

Go to 

Select > Color range

Step 5

This is  result photo with background removed

Step 6

Use paper background, here to download file

Step 7

Use that paper in back layer to make grunge paper background

Step 8

Change blending photo layer ( threshold layer ) with Soft Light

Step 9

Adding text to make it great
